In 2018 IĀ startedĀ a culinaryĀ project with two brothers and some otherĀ friendsĀ from Cologne,Ā Hamburg and Italy. Our goal wasĀ to bring Italy'sĀ favourite fried street food to Germany: the panzerotto. We catered at many events including one of Hamburgs famous festivals: the MS Artville. With COVID our food truck and restaurant plans came to a halt. But we will be back with new ideas!
